Jessica Cuneo, PhD
Jessica Cuneo is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently works in Medical Affairs as a senior medical science liaison at Alkermes, a biopharmaceutical company specialized in serious mental illness, addiction, and cancer. In her role, Jessica supports medical strategy and R&D through relationships with key medical experts, educating on clinical data, identifying clinical/research gaps, and supporting research
Jessica received her PhD in clinical psychology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC San Diego Medical Center/VA Healthcare System. Prior to her current position, she was on faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at UCSD as a clinician and clinical trial researcher for patients diagnosed with a variety of medical issues complicated by trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and depression.
Although a California native, Jessica spent most of her childhood raised in a small ski town in Idaho where she discovered her affinity for the outdoors, adventurous lifestyle, and local community. Jessica’s husband, Joe, a fourth generation Sonoma native, introduced her to his hometown where she immediately felt at home. With the arrival of their first son, they relocated from San Diego to Sonoma where they now raise their three children Charlie, (TPS, 3rd), Frankie (TPS, 1st), and Jonny (preschool). With a passion to support the academic, social, and emotional development of our youth, Jessica ‘s ultimate goal as a trustee is to build on the TPS mission and support future generations.
