Our students are encouraged to be productive, resourceful, educated and self-directed in school work, play time and home time. This involves taking time with each student, meeting their needs, listening to their stories and giving credibility to their points of view.

Our instructors are well-versed in the varying learning styles of our students. Evaluations of each student's strengths and learning style are conducted annually. In each classroom, the skill being taught for mastery is being taught in varying ways to address the best method for each learner to assimilate the skill and apply it to his or her own work.

The curriculum of the Presentation School is designed to be a total body of services and/or experiences planned and directed by the school educational staff at three levels: instructional, organizational, and interpersonal.

Our curriculum, including the day to day life of the school and its activities, is designed to educate not only the mind, but the heart as well. The Presentation community creates situations and environments for active learning, emphasizing independent decision making, ethics/morals, and values in an integrated approach to education. The core curriculum includes, but is not limited to:
