Applying to the Presentation School

Choosing an elementary school for your son or daughter is an awesome responsibility. It is a given that the foundation established in elementary school will influence each student's higher education and life choices.

Different schools have varied strengths and areas of emphasis; we are interested in helping you select the right environment for your children. You know best. What we can do is give you every opportunity to learn more about us, our programs and our students so you can make a wise decision.

We would love the opportunity to tell you more in person. Please call for an appointment to meet our staff, visit with our teachers, sit in our classrooms and connect with our existing school families.

The Application Process

The Presentation School admission process begins with submission of an application form with the required fee, followed by a parent meeting with our Director and an academic screening. Applications are available from the school office or can be obtained by requesting one online through our contact form. Once you have submitted an application, you will be contacted by phone or mail.

Applications will be accepted throughout the school year for new students for the current school year depending on space availability. Applications are generally accepted during January and February for the following school year. Interviews and screening for our Kindergarten class take place in March and April, and the interview process for available spots in the upper grades occurs in May.

Tuition Assistance

The Presentation School is committed to providing financial aid to qualified students and families. Approximately 14% of our student body receives some level of financial support. We do not discriminate against any student based upon ability to provide tuition.

Non-Discrimination

The Presentation School maintains a racially non-discriminatory policy as to students, faculty, and administrative staff and shall not discriminate on the basis of creed, race, color, national or ethnic origin.

The Presentation School shall admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students.

The Presentation School shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic or other school administered programs.
